ADDISON TOWNSHIP PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Monday, September 29, 2025 @ 6:00p.m.
Call to Order: The library board president called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Addison Public Library 1400 Rochester Road, Leonard, Mi 48367
Board Members Present: J.Baldiga-yes, J.Elsarelli-yes, C.Meininger-yes, J.Newby-yes, W.Pack-no, M.Szost-yes.
Approval of Agenda: J.Baldiga moved to approve the agenda. M.Szost-2nd. All in favor, motion carried.
Order of Business:
● Approval of amendments to Employee Handbook
Policy committee recommended a revised Earned Sick Time Policy be added to the Employee Handbook; copies of the revised Policy were provided to the board members prior to this meeting. This revised Earned Sick Time Policy has been reviewed by the Library Attorney Foster and Swift. Note that copies of the Employee Handbook are available on request at the Library.
J.Baldiga moved to approve the revised Earned Sick Time Policy. J.Newby 2nd. Roll Call Vote-J.Baldiga-yes, J.Elsarelli-yes, C.Meininger-yes, J.Newby-yes, M.Szost-yes. All yes, motion carried.
Next Meeting: October 21, 2025 at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noticed
Adjournment: J.Elsarelli moved that the meeting be adjourned at 6:08 p.m. J.Baldiga 2nd. All approved, meeting adjourned.
